Feature windows, traditional local slate floor, Electric range cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge and slow cooker. Large selection of glassware, crockery, tea towels, utensils and equipment. We also provide a fully stocked household cupboard containing washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, foil, kitchen towels and cling film etc.

Country house dining table with 6 chairs. Pitch pine pew. Satellite TV with Sky Freeview, DVD player, and a large selection of board games. Altogether a fantastic family room.

Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, laundry basket and an additional toilet and handbasin.

First Floor Lounge The Lounge is spacious and imposing with a fabulous chandelier, paintings, flat screen TV with DVD, Sky Freeview and Wii games console with a selection of games. Luxury Tetrad furniture including leather sofa and chairs together with footstool.

From the lounge you pass through double doors in to what was formerly the organ loft, now a stunning hallway with original leaded windows, vaulted ceiling with a chandelier and a leather sofa in which to relax. In here we also proudly display our collection of gold awards and visit Wales certificates.

The Sitting Room leads from the lounge into the original altar area of the church with stained glass windows and alcoves where the elements were kept. Two leather sofas for relaxing, a comprehensive collection of DVD’s for your enjoyment as well as a selection of books and interactive games. We also have a lovely mahogany desk complete with a tablet/smart phone printer, as some of our guests have to work whilst on holiday! A beautiful droplet chandelier is the finishing item for this wonderful room.

Open Stairs lead to the top floor.

A double bedroom with original stained glass feature window and tremendous views over the village and forest with mountains beyond. Bedside tables with lamps, an occasional table and wardrobe with drawers and comfortable memory foam bed.

A further double bedroom with wonderful views over Moel Siabod, the highest peak in the Moelwynion mountain range. There is a double bed with memory foam mattress. Two chests of drawers, large mirror, a spacious wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps complete this room.

Luxury bedding and embroidered towels supplied.

The family bathroom comprises; a lovely claw foot bath with shower, a separate shower cubicle, toilet, wash hand basin and mirror. The room also features a detailed vaulted ceiling.

Complementary soap, shampoo and toilet rolls are supplied.

The layout of Victoria Lodge is perfect for a two family holiday, as everyone can have their own space and privacy. The less mobile or elderly guests having the downstairs bedroom whilst the upstairs bedrooms can accommodate the younger members of the group and children.

Victoria Lodge is set in it’s own extensive grounds. Behind the gated entrance you will find a well kept and maintained cottage style garden. We have a huge oak tree which pre-dates the church, as well as many yew trees which we are told are more than 250 years old. We have a secure area where guests can store their bikes etc. Garden furniture. BBQ. Parking is available for several cars.
