28th-30th May. The Olympic Torch is in North Wales. Arriving in Aberystwyth and making its way to Bangor via towns including Dolgellau, Bleanau Ffestiniog, Porthmadog and Pwllheli. On Anglesey, an RNLI inshore lifeboat will carry it from Beaumaris to Menai Bridge. On the second leg it will leave Bangor and make its way along the Conwy coast before heading to Chester. One of the high spots on the second day will be a stop-off at Snowdon when the Mountain Railway will carry the flame to the summit.
