Climbing is also popular along with a trip on the Ffestiniog railway that travels through the awesome scenery of Snowdonia.

Waterfalls can be found at Conwy Falls and at Swallow Falls near the renowned village of Betws y coed  along with an array of shops and restaurants. Of course not forgetting Dolwyddelan castle for those who want to explore closer to home.

A 30 minute drive away is Black Rock Sands with its sandy caves and beaches. Further afield is Newborough Beach on Anglesey.
