Victoria Lodge, situated within the heart of Snowdonia, is a beautifully converted church that has retained many original features. Set in the pretty village of Dolwyddelan at the foot of Moel Siabod. Dolwyddelan is reached via the ancient Crimea Pass through the mountains or through the Lledr valley with the Gwydyr forest all around.

Climbing is also popular along with a trip on the Ffestiniog railway that travels through the awesome scenery of Snowdonia.

Waterfalls can be found at Conwy Falls and at Swallow Falls near the renowned village of Betws y coed  along with an array of shops and restaurants. Of course not forgetting Dolwyddelan castle for those who want to explore closer to home.

A 30 minute drive away is Black Rock Sands with its sandy caves and beaches. Further afield is Newborough Beach on Anglesey.
